- Information We Collect
We collect only the information necessary to perform our business activities and gather it directly from the individual or their organization.

- How We Use Information
     - Fulfil appraisal engagements, market-survey purchases and related services.

     - Communicate project updates, invoices or account notices.

     - Improve site performance and security.

     - We never sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

- Legal Bases
We process data under one or more of the following: (i) performance of a contract; (ii) legitimate interests (e.g., network security); (iii) legal obligation; (iv) consent (for optional newsletters).

- Data Security
CMA employs layered safeguards—password-protected systems, encryption, firewalls, and role-based access—to prevent unauthorized access or alteration. Employees complete regular security training and must follow strict safe-data-handling protocols (access control, secure transfer, encrypted backups).

- Data Retention & Disposal
Records are retained only as long as necessary to meet contractual, legal, or regulatory requirements and then securely wiped or shredded in accordance with industry standards.

2. Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

- Scope
This policy covers all purchases made through www.coremarketadvisors.com, including:

     - Digital products – downloadable Market Survey PDFs, data subscriptions.

     - Professional services – appraisal reports, custom research projects.

     - CMA does not sell physical goods; therefore “returns” refer to cancelling services or revoking access to digital files.

- Digital Products (Market Surveys & Subscriptions)
All sales are final once the PDF or data file has been delivered or download links have been issued.

If you purchased the wrong report in error and have not downloaded it, email support within 24 hours for a full refund or exchange. Download counts are logged to verify delivery.

- Professional Services (Appraisals & Custom Research)
     - Contract signed / invoice paid but work not started: Written cancellation within 48 hours: 100 % refund.
     - Research begun, but draft report not issued: Cancellation: 50 % refund (to cover time already incurred).
     - Draft or final report delivered: Cancellation: No refund (service deemed rendered).

- Events or Training
Registrations are refundable up to 7 calendar days before the scheduled start date.

After that window you may transfer the seat to another attendee at no charge.

- How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
Email billing@coremarketadvisors.com with your order number, product/service name, and reason.

We will confirm receipt within 2 business days.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

- Non-Refundable Items
     - Third-party fees (e.g., wire transfer costs).

     - Rush-service surcharges once the expedited work has commenced.

     - Taxes/remittances already submitted to authorities.

- Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before initiating a charge-back. We will work in good faith to resolve any billing issues.
