Why?

This project started as a problem that we were having internally, working as commercial real estate professionals tasked with evaluating and valuing commercial real estate in Maine markets. Collecting CRE data in Maine has always been difficult. However, even when we were able to collect data, it's still a challenge to make sense of it. And so, we set out to solve our own problem. Our solution is a deep dive into researching and analyzing commercial real estate data all over Maine. Our efforts proved that this was not enough to truly understand these markets. To address this, we engaged in countless interviews with various market stakeholders to fill in the gaps left by the lack of data in certain sectors and certain markets.
